Hi, I’m San Perroud. I help people be the best version of themselves without the pain of boring, irrelevant training.

I’m a learning experience designer with a passion for behavioural science, how the mind works, technology and the arts. I love working with instructional design, 3D animation, and videos, which some people will (hopefully) tell you I do well.

Since 2012, I’ve dedicated my career to transforming the learning landscape by making training engaging and meaningful. Eradicating boring training might sound ambitious, but I’ve always been a dreamer—a blue-sky thinker who reaches for the stars. Still, experience has taught me the importance of staying grounded, especially when it comes to effective training. After all, learners can only absorb so much at once; if we overwhelm them, valuable content gets lost in the noise.
